1.Lead in on demand production , Client co-ordination and Vendor Management.

2.Over all responsible for production,quality in injection moulding shop floor.

3.Inter action with customers technically to provide better service.

4.Responsible to monitor process, quality and achieve target of production by optimum use of machine efficiency, raw material and manpower.

5.Process setting as per specification and troubleshooting in injection molding.

6.Responsibility to trial all new molds and prepare its data.

7.To provide  training to the operators and line inspectors about trouble shooting, safety, quality and other activities

8.To Maintain  Daily OEE,Red Bin Analysis and In Process Rejection,CAPA& PPM

9.To keep all moulds in good working condition maintaining all defect in mould history card to prevent mould breakdown.
