Handling injection molding machines.

Performing manufacturing unit plastic engineering work.

Carrying out OEE improvement and performing productivity improvement.

Improving process & cycle time along making safety, quality & environmental suggestions along with improving 5S using work place.

Planning the new trial and handling manpower.

Handling varied material such as PP, LDPE, HDPE, NYLON, ABS, PC, PET, PS and POM.

Verifying correct set-up of molds, presses and auxiliary equipment before machine start up.

Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, liquid temperature controls, and mold electrical controls.
