JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To prepare the annual budget for Production, Consumables, Manpower, Resources Budget 

To present the MIS data in monthly review meeting. 

To review & plan the resources. 

To control on various Wastes.

To control on rework %age 

Correctivev & Preventive actions on customer complaints/problems faced. 

To ensure shop floor discipline

To control the cost in dept. 

Product Development & product costing 

Implement & Monitor Quality Systems as per ISO 9001-2000. 

To visit to the customer & understand the customers requirement. 

To attend the foreign visitors / customers. 



Shift Engineer 

From Oct 91 ? Apr 94 

With Finolex Pipes Ltd. Pune, one of the largest manufacturers of PVC Pipes and fittings in India. 

Worked in Extrusion of PVC pipes and its threading, slitting & powder micronising operations. 

Major responsibilities ? 

Monitoring of shift production as per plan, manpower handling, mechanical maintenance of threading & slitting M/c, Job setting etc.
