Also to look after the routine production according to monthly projection in Plastic Processing section too which includes PVC Compounding. Palletizing Tube & sheet Extrusion and Injection Molding of all engineering polymers 

Co-ordination with Product Design Department to conduct trials for development of new product and to coordinate with out sources for the product development

Developed PVC sheet and PVC compound indigenously for medical devices such as blood bag units blood lines etc. 

Developed PTFE and FEP miniature tubes for I.V.cannula which we were previously importing. 

Designed tube extruder for the above said tube indigenously.

Reduced the process completion time of plasticizers such as DOP & DBP by approx. 3 hours thereby reducing the production cost.
