Job profile- 

Supervise the department for performance of product and packaging evaluations.

Ensure results of inspections and analyses are accurate.

Ensure customer requirements for obtaining line analysis reports and line samples are met.

Communicate and coordinate with the manufacturing departments to uphold a proactive team.

Assure equipment and reagents are being calibrated and labeled.

Troubleshoot and identify causes of quality deviations and provide recommendations for corrective and preventative measures.

Perform GMP, Pest control and Sanitation Inspections

Collaborate with QA Managers regularly.

Monitor Incoming Inspection Program and provide assistance with tagging of raw   material.  

Investigate non-conforming product with 24 hours, provide information to QA Manager.

Perform weekly verification/calibration of scales, and equipment?s.

Observe and verify QA technicians and blenders are performing inspection test appropriately

Perform GMP inspections and enforce safety GMP

Ensure qualification and commission runs are followed per the customer's specifications.

Inward Material Inspection :-

Checking of Visual Inspection of Inwards material and we have Verify the Testing on Raw Material MFI Test of plastic Material, Verify the inward material documents like COA and Material Specification as per requirements 



IN-process  Inspection :-

For In-process inspection we have Check the Parameters of outer diameter, Inner Diameter, Thickness ,Height Etc.



Customer Handling  :-

As per Customer Dispatch Plan prepare the Lot for Dispatch of Finish Goods and Prepare COA as per customer requirements. Checking of Final Products specification and parameters as Per Customer requirements. 



Documentation   :-

Prepare the CAPA reports, Prepare the Monthly and annual training plan, Prepare the Audit Documents etc.
