Job profile- 

1. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING DEPARTMENT Know well to operate all types of injection and blow molding machine i.e. FERROMATIC SIGMA 275, OMEGA 350, MEGNA 200, MEGNA 450, MEGNA ACCUPACK 275, Electron (Servo motor Control) & All troubleshooting of injection molding machine, HUSKY HRTC, SOPLAR SEB, BMU 70 & 75, SOPLAR ALS . 

Know well to operate FERROMATIC K.Tech. Stack Turning (Co-Injection 

Molding Machine) .

PP,PET,HDPE material processed on injection molding machines we are manufacturing house hold items like caps , plug , jar , HDPE bottles , pet bottles , pet preform . 

Responsibility shift handling, man power handling, process troubleshooting , quality control, report making , ipqc , production planning, stock taking , PDC, CTO . 

KNOWLEDGE OF 5S, KAIZEN, PROCESS PLANNING,SAFETY ANALYSIS, GMP, LEAN TOOLS , poka yoke etc. 

Good knowledge of ERP , Basis main data & inventory management .
