industries involved in the production of plastic components, moulds, etc.



Job profile- 

1 Interpretation of Runner less Moulds Injection moulds drawings & part drawings. 

2 Study drawings or specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of 

Components to be manufactured.

3 Manufacturing, Assembling and correction of hot runner mould elements.

4 After mould trail component inspection and Trouble shooting.

5 Correcting the Core and cavities by Laser welding.

6 Know about hrs. assembly process

7 Operating different CNC controls, Laser Welding,Spark EDM &Wire EDM. 8 Systematic planning for preparing part drawings for the Mould parts to be machined.

9 Preparing the bill of material and standard items for moulds.

10 Job distribution and Planning for precision machining like Cylindrical, Surface 

Grinding, Wire cutting, E.D.M. and Jig Boring etc.,

11 Inspection of machined parts and assemblies as per the drawing.

12 Taking trails and correction of hot runner moulds & injection moulds.

13 Corrective action on tool as per the customer?s feedback & Maintenance of Moulds & 

dies, if any problem during production



Technical Skills

Able to do manufacturing & Handle break down maintenance of Hot runner moulds, injection moulds, press tools, jigs & fixtures etc.

Able to read, understand, & make the detail tool drawings various parts for machining process.

Able to do all types of Metal related Bench work (Filing, hack-sawing, tapping, 

Hammering, Punching, fitting, Assemblies etc.)

Able to handle all types of conventional machines (Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding etc.)
