Job profile- 

I have been working as a Production Engineer in T-type die Sheet Extrusion (EVA, ABS, HDPE material), Line Assembly and Plastic Recycling. 

? Having detailed knowledge of Extrusion Machine and operations of BREYER, G-WELL and RR PLAST machine.

? Having knowledge of Sheet extrusion from dia. 450micron to 4.5mm

? To plan, co-ordinate and execute tasks/projects to completion within time lines.

? Getting wooden pattern and mould as per 2D drawing and CAD Data.

? Knowledge of ERP tool like SAP and SAP Business

? ISO, KAIZEN, 5s, CAPA, POKA-YOKE, PARETO ANALYSIS, Safety.

? Production improvement / cost reduction.

? Manpower handling / Team Building.

? Communication and co-ordination within the department and other department.

? Have a deep Knowledge of FRP & ABS Material Production and assembly 

? Executing Production Planning as per the PPC plan.
