Job profile- 

Having Knowledge and experience of Pneumatics, hydraulics and all types of Mechanical maintenance including Annual Shutdown, Routine and Preventive maintenance of plant equipment's. 

Such as :1. All types of Gear Boxes ? Spur, worm and worm wheel, helical, rotating equipment's etc. 

2. Experience in maintenance pumps, mechanical seal pumps. 

3. All Types of Bearings ? Inspection, installation and removal of all types of Bearings. 

4. Material handling equipment's- Belt, Chain & Conveyors, EOT Cranes ,Hoist, Hydraulics and Handle Operated pilot truck. 

5. Spare parts management Thorough experience of specification preparation, Procurement and maintaining Mechanical spare parts of the total section . 

6. Blowers, Hydraulic pumps, Piping arrangement & maintenance of Ball mill, Pug mill, High speed blungers, Blungers, Agitators, Vibro screen, Filter press, Vacuum pump, Zeidler, Insulator turning & boring machine, Manual insulator m/c, Glazing booth, Cutting & grinding m/c. 

7. Maintenance work of kiln dept. (Fuel fired & gas fired kiln) in kiln all fans as waste gas, secondary air & combustion air with kiln cars & transfer trolley also look after EOT cranes Preventive maintenance & general maintenance work of Burners. 

8. Maintenance work of Rotary feeder like Gear box, Fluid coupling, Feeding arm, Conveyor, Oil pressure switch. Work Responsibilities 

1. Take the responsibility of site for smooth running the plant and avoid the break down . 

2. Planning and effective

preventive maintenance schedule to increase plant up-time/reliability. 

3. Developing a maintenance schedule protocol and implementing the same to ensure the performance capacity of various process control equipment's. 

4. Team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for delivering quantifying & quality results. 

5. Ensure high quality services with optimum resources utilization for maximum service quality. 

6. Ensuring maintenance of proper working conditions, housekeeping and safety at work station. 

7. Handling the manpower, training to associates/operators, co? ordination and reducing losses to achieve maximum production target. 

8. Achieve the departmental goals / objectives in terms of production targets, quality, cost, safety & environment. 

9. Involve in current project running in plant. 

10.MTTR & MTBF . 

11. Root cause analysis of repetitive breakdown and eliminate them.
