Production Planning & Control (PPC/SCM)

Planning, scheduling and ensuring smooth plant/production and supply chain operations, within budgetary limits, and as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Inventory Management to decide production or purchase quantities and timing.

Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.

Ensuring customer demands are met within specified time horizon.

Planning & executing the Shop-floor operations to meet customer expectations.

Ensuring regular preventive maintenance of machine to ensure smooth running in the shift.

Deciding for outsourcing need in case of capacity constraint, scheduling, timely inward of parts and monthly reconciliation for stores and excise department.

Organizing help for the operator in rectifying machine problem at the time of breakdown.
