Controlling total injection moulding section in shift

Arranging mould as per machine, Manpower handling, 

Running troubleshooting of processing and parameter setting

Controlling rejection, maintain quality of product standard.

Switek 3 axis robot parameter setting, programming for thin wall container products

Take new mould trial and give suggestion for correction.

Give training to staff and supervisor 

Work with limited supervision and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation among and 

between shifts, mold repair shop, Quality control and management to facilitate department goals.
