Responsible for capacity planning for molding shop.

Co ordination with all department ( QA, HR,) 

Take initiative in solving problems from root level.

Implement and strengthen the systems.  

Reduction in- house and customer end rejection PPM.

Set product perameter of quality standards.

Maintain 5S system on floor.

Conduct Induction trainings and annual training .

Documentation review.

Co-ordinate & implemented Kaizen activities.

4M control.

Stimulate Process and product audits .

PPAP Documents

CARV Approval documents.

Responsible for MTTR & MTBF

Having knowledge of mold maintenance

Having knowledge of machine maintenance

Capable for the trouble shooting of all defects related to process

Capable to handle new mold trial record.
