To handling overall shop floor. & Improve shop floor working

To execute production plan as per planning.

To plan availability of equipment to achieve the targeted production.

To verify that equipment condition is effective.

To monitor & analyses the reason for rejection/wastage/rework.

Daily verification & recording of parameters as defined in the check sheet.

To make arrangement for separately follow up & identification of lot during the initial control.

To conduct audits for checking that all check sheets, work instructions are displayed.

To trial of new mould. & Troubleshooting as per requirement according to process, mould & 

Machine.
