Managing various activities like production stock monitoring, production planning, OEE improvement, PDCA review, WIP control, preparing reports, manpower planning and so on

Performing quality & customer complaint analysis; taking corrective and preventive actions with the help of 5W1H, QC Story Approach and Why Why Analysis

Contributed in optimizing cost by establishing the JH (Jishu Hosen) (Power, Air, Lubrication Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Coolant Oil, Tooling, Man, Machine and Floor Space)
