Job profile-

Familiar with Plastic Injection Moulding machines including bi-colour (Co-Injection) Moulding machines and Vertical Injection Moulding machines. Injection Blow Molding & Extrusion blow molding machines & PET Preform & Blow molding machines.

Handling of production on the shop-floor involving target setting & achievement, production planning, manpower planning & deployment, raw material control, mould change and coordination with all departments.

Conducting mould & material trials. 

Maximising production output and minimizing rejections & wastage.

Ensuring maximum utilization of machines and achieving production efficiency.

Reducing bill of material, following cost and deploying energy saving methods.

Ability to plan day-to-day production operations requirements and achieve the same in a timely manner.

Supervising, coordinating, providing leadership to review work assigned to Operators, Supervisors, Technicians & Engineers. 

Periodically evaluating the performance of team members.

Evaluating and making recommendations regarding methods and procedures in assigned area.

Establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within the department.

Liaising with other departments and preparing written reports concerning assigned aspect of work.

Planning and maintaining the professional competence, knowledge and skill of the team, necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

Performing the job according to the established requirements in order to minimize the environmental impact within the work area.
