Job profile- 

Responsible for purchase planning on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.

To achieved target of procurement of all parts as per project schedule.

In Mechanical- All type of Cutting Tools , Pneumatic & Hydraulics fittings (Elbow, coupling, valve, flange,     union, tee, nipple etc.), Pipe, Piping material, Stud bolt, Fasteners, cutter wheel 14", welding rod, all types of bearing, V-Belt, angle, channel,  flat, sheet, Hose Pipes etc.

In Consumables- All types of grease, Gear oil 320, Hydraulic oil, old Clothes, etc.

Generate Purchase Order according requirement.

Preparation of comparative statement of Quotation received from supplier.

Responsible for orders are delivered on time by managing purchase planning.

Responsible to maintain necessary material required for inventory control 

Coordinate with internal Engineering department for any change and improvement of parts.

Purchase related all responsibility-New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation    with vendor, , PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc.
