Process Technician Mould Shop

Mar 2008 to till now.

Presently working with a leading companymanufacturing laminated and seamless tubes, caps by injection moulding catering to the oral care, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, food and industrial sectors.

Process monitoring Key responsibilities: 

Responsible for all operation carried out in the plastic component manufacturing division such as:  

Injection molding of various engineering thermoplastics and thermoset material (DMC) and its rejection control. 

Material, manpower planning & utilization. 

Improvement in productivity. 

Cycle time and process optimization of various components to increase productivity. 

To satisfy internal and external customers through continuous improvements. 

Quality control and maintaining ISO documents. 

Trial of different material & moulds. 

Training to new recruited trainees. 

Implementation of all activities related to 5-S and TPM ( Kaizen, Autonomous maintenance and SMED).
