4) Plastic part design in catia V5RS20 wire plastic harness design, NX 11

5) Tool cost supply to NPD head 

6) Concept Design, Core & Cavity Extraction, Mould design.

7) Planning of Mould Manufacturing, VMC Planning, EDM planning

8) Preparation of Tool Development Reports & TimeLine

9) Handling all ECN & Modifications, Dimension Corrections

10) Electrode Design & Movement Drawings Preparation.

11) Conducting tool trial knowledge of molding process 

12) Carried Out Trials & after Trial Correction Works

13) Interaction with Project, Design, Cam & Machining Departments
