Job profile- 

Looking after R&D activities of development of water based polymer emulsions, Solvent based Emulsion and Presensitized and Non Presensitzied Water based films, Along with knowledge of Acrylic Emulsion, Adhesives, dyes, pigments, surfactants and specialty chemicals. 

? Handling Customer complaints, visit customers place for troubleshooting. 

? Visited 18+ cities Across India for Technical Seminars and Establishing product's set ups at customer places. 

? Product Cost Cutting, Product Optimization & Modification in existing product.

Developing key performance parameters & formulating new products for Company.

? Scale up of lab batch to production batch, Experienced in Pilot plant handling. 

? Formulating/Designing products for water based coating, coatings cure, corrosion resistance, Epoxy Coating, durable coatings.

? Shade matching for Emulsion and ink and use of Pigments and Dyes.
