Check daily breakdown all shift, Break down Why Why analysis, 

Daily work & preventive Maintenance Planning.

Maintain to Preventive Maintenance record & Update machine History  Card, Break down trend Chart, repeated issue, MTTR & MTBF etcas per ISO audit.

5S & Kaizen activity regularized at Monthly basis.

Spare parts planning and follow up with materials depart to ensure optimum inventory level.
