Job profile- 

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets. 

Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality. 

Ensuring that all QC Tests are carried out on time and in full. 

Keeping quality documentation up to date. 

Making sure that all QC records, data & information are available to 

managers. 

Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction. 

Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations. 

Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out. 

Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints. 

Giving specialist quality assurance advice to the company departments as 

requires. 

Monitoring of rejection, Analysis& Control on rejection at various stage of 

process. 

Testing of cartons (Bursting strength, moisture test, GSM etc.). 

Root Cause Analysis for various internal and external complaints. 

To maintain the calibration record of lab equipment . 

Documentation of RM/PM/FG analysis according to the quality protocol .
