Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown of HUSKY (Plastic Injection Molding) Machine 

and PM (perform molding) Machine.

? Daily checklist , Utility reading Daily report , DOMIS report, Unit per kg report updation.

? Weekly maintenance , monthly maintenance , semi-annual and annual maintenance of 

Husky and Pm machine & its accessories.

? To execute the maintenance of utility equipment chiller , cooling tower , compressor , 

and AHU.

? Preventive maintenance of ASB-650 Blowing machine.

? Parameter Reading Updation of husky , Pm machine & its accessories.

? Leading the team, training and guide the maintenance team.

? Leading and Monitoring a team of 40-50 personnel at one time.

? Increase the productivity by reducing breakdown of machine.

? Maintain the 5S in the shop floor



ADDITIONAL TASK HANDLE

? Good knowledge of Seal replacement of all the pneumatic valves ie. Vacuum valve, blow 

valve , vacuum rejection valve, ejector blow valve , & vacuum manifold.

? Good knowledge of Seal replacement of all hydraulic valves ie. Shut off cylinder , 

carriage forward/backward cylinder , ejector booster valve , CEN valve , NG-25 ,32, &40 

valve , shot size valve.

? Good knowledge of belt and bearing replacement of Machine-Conveyor and T-Conveyor.

? Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of accessories of husky and pm machine 

ie. Dehumidifier , dryer , booster pump , loader.
