Design & development of new product, Development of product according to market requirement (MRD), Design modification in existing products with considering quality, easy manufacturing and cost to meet customer requirement. 

? Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, documentation, proto type, quality test, jigs & fixtures development, manufacturing introduction, marketing & service support. 

? Develop and maintain Tools like Jigs & fixture, checking gauges & Press Dies.

? Oracle application used to create and maintain Item codes, Bills of Material (BOM), Costing & Routing, etc.
