Attaining Tooling breakdowns. 

Analyzing Tooling defect downtimes using Six Sigma Tools, WHY- WHY analysis & Pareto Analysis. 

Implementing corrective and preventive actions in case of failures. 

Tooling Upgradation, Improvement Tooling projects to improve the productivity and reduce the wastages. 

Arranging of tooling spares. 

Calibration of Toolings. 

Drafting and Store Tooling drawings. 

Maintain and updating tooling history records.
