Job profile-

Involved in planning sourcing strategies and rate contract settlements within lead time and directly reporting 

Purchase Manager.

Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders for supplies and equipment's

Domestic purchase ? Tooling spares,tool-room items,electrical,electronics,maintenance and packing material.

Create all PO in ERP and SAP.

Responsible for plant procurement and development.

Operation of SAP/ERP activities and generate reports

Procurement of all local and Chandigarh purchase.

Arrangement of third party material inspection.

Ensuring payments of each supplier according to payment terms.

Maintenance /Repairing

Proper checking &verification of all cash purchase,transportation and other purchase related invoices.

Resolve vendors or contractors grievances and claims against supplier documentation.

Development minimum of three suppliers for each material

Selecting the suitable transportation mode.

Managing commercial relationships negotiation with vendors
