Job profile- 

Responsible for complete?quality?control and Incoming inspection of brought out parts & continuous improvement in capacities for reducing rate of rejection by targeting RIGHT AT FIRST TIME

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process at  end.

Daily monitoring of  rejection,  In-depth Analysis, define path & time frame for close looping & to avoid repetition of concern.

Attend Morning DWM Meeting at Shop Floor for adherence of Quality Target.

Weekly review on cost of poor quality and identify actions for reduction of rejection in trend.

Support in documentation in order to maintain?QMS requirements.

Implementing new ideas in the workplace to improve productivity, improving?quality?systems to reduce cost of Poor?Quality?to have more profit margins to the organization.

Participating for making ZERO DEFECT STRATEGY  for New Development Parts.

Monitoring performance of  line rejection, goods receipt rejections & taking action on major repetitive failures by using 7 QC tools.

Support in PPAP for  process approval & to set process control for new as well as ECN projects.

Ensure lay out inspection of Part as per Annual Plan by using Vernier Calliper, Micrometer & also by using GO, NO GO Gauge.

Good knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.

Inspection of Parts by Using MISP (Maruti  Inspection  Standard Parts) requirements .
