Executing cost saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the production budget.

Operations

Monitoring complete documentations relating to the various processes.

Supervising the shop floor process and production, conducting process/equipment's control run for process capability studies, trouble shooting in machine and process defects.

Analyzing the failures in machines,  materials and recommending corrective & preventive actions.
