Production Operations

Managing production operations involving preparation of production plans to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.

Preparing and analyzing production report and production data on a daily basis.

Evaluating the availability of inputs for production and advising to Senior?s in case any inputs are missing or need to be added.

Implementing production plans strictly for respective section. 

Ensuring the following:

Serviceability and proper housekeeping of the production line.

Rejection should be minimum and doesn?t exceed 3% in every section.

Maintenance of plant & machinery is at its optimum and does not cause any loss.

Audit the overall system of the shop floor.
