? Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents as per IATF to ensure compliance with above standards & customer requirements. 

? Implementation of Why-Why Analysis & Fishbone diagram for monitoring CTQs (Critical to Quality) in process to ensure reliability of the product. 

? Conducting system, process & product audits periodically to assess the status of effective deployment of systems and take corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives.

? Involved in statistical studies. 

? Creating Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, PFMEA, SOP, QP & Process Sheet.

? Very good knowledge of new supplier development, supplier evaluation, implementation of QMS at supplier end, supplier audit etc.
