Company specializes in blow molding, large size injection molding, compression molding and vacuum forming, consumer durables, white goods and electronics which are supported by post moulding operations. Company manufactures a wide range of plastic components for the Indian automotive industry. 

The manufacturing facilities 77 injection moulding machines like BATTEN FIELD [GERMAN], BORCH (TAIWAN), FCS (CHINA), CINNATI MILACRON, FANUC, KRAUSSMAFFEI (GERMAN), THOSHIBA, MITSUBHSI (JAPAN) and tonnage from 60to 1800 and this unit is parts supply to HUNDAI for Santro, Accent, Verna, Getz and also supply to FORD, MERCEDZ BENZ,AIR INTERNATIONAL (AUSTRALIA), G.M.FLEXTRONICS and etc... 

JOB PROFILE: 

Responsibilities for production, operation, documentation and ensures the quality and delivery requirements. 

Handing PLC controlled injection-molding machines. 

Process standardization, trouble shooting. 

Planning the shift activities to achieve the production target. 

Mold change activities. 

Maintaining the 5s, 3c in the shop floor. 

OEE (M/c utilization, efficiency, rejection rate). 

Rejection analysis & counter measure.
