Job profile- 

Responsible for providing Production Support for SAP MM Module.

Responsible to solve issue related to MM Module ? Material Data, Vendor Data, Purchase Info Records, Stock Transfer, PR, RFQ, PO, GRN, Goods Issue and Invoicing within time to meet SLA.

Responsible for updating Master Records for New Vendor as well as Material, when required.

Configuration of Document types for Purchase Requisition, RFQ, Purchase Order.

Maintain Material Master Record & Source List for Raw Material and Packing Material.

Configuration of Release Strategies including characteristics, class, release group, release code, release indicator and release strategy.

Support during creating and updating Physical Inventory Document and related issue.

Configuration of Purchase Info Record for Standard, Subcontracting, Consignment and Pipeline Procurement.

Knowledge of Quota?Arrangement, Outline Agreements.

Knowledge of Ticketing Tool like Elixir and Service Now.

Knowledge of LSMW Tool for migration of data from Non-SAP process to SAP Process.

Interact with Vendor for scheduling of material delivery.

Manage Warehouse with WMS System (Warehouse Management System) in SAP.

Manage Warehouse Team and provide guidance for WMS Procedure.

Responsible for Put in and Pick away of Material from Bin System in SAP & ASRS System.

Ensure Timely Dispatch of Material to Other Plant with STO (Stock Transfer Order) Number.

Maintain Weekly and Monthly Inventory Status Report.

Co-ordination with Account/ Finance Department for Invoicing of Dispatch Material.

Manage Returning of Rejected Materials from the suppliers.

Attend Daily Meet with Production to overcome issues from Material side.

Ensure to check and update Safety Stock in MM03 Material Master for new introduced material.

Responsible for Create/ Delete Bins in WMS as per requirement from WH Team.

Responsible for Change Sectioning of Bin as per Material Category.

Ensure timely Create Bin Occupancy Status Report on daily basis.

Block/ Unblock Bin as well as Pallet ID Barcode in SAP as required for WH Team.
