1. Making 3D models and detailed Engineering drawings with ASME guideline.

2. Preparation of bill of material (BOM).

3. Engineering change management documents preparation (ECN Management)

4. Design calculator preparation in excel.

5. Tolerance stack up and tolerance analysis

6. Product review with cross functional team to identify and solve product issues.

7. Preparation of DFMEA with generation of all input document.

8. Maintaining APQP record.

9. Cost saving and providing solution with the help of value addition and value engineering

10. Defining design specifications based on applications, cost, weight, performance & product life, manufacturing &

assembly, services.

11. All other documentation work relate to product development such as PPAP Documents ready & 

submit.(PFD,FMEA,CP,PSW,SOP,PP,QP,SPC,MSA), TRSO, introduction PPT, feasibility reports, query sheets

on customer drawings
