Job profile- 

1. Functional Objective:

1. To work as an independent owner of respective shift.

2. To support the production process for handling and preserving of raw material, components and scrap.

3. To adopt discipline and best business practices in Plastic Molding Shop for efficient and effective Functioning.    



2. Position Objectives:

1. To assist Production HOD to accomplish the targets given time to time.

2. Optimization of resources like material, manpower with respect to production plan.

3. Co-ordination with the maintenance department to carry out preventive and 

breakdown maintenance.

4. Optimization of cycle  of all running molds and to validate the process with related ISO documents.

5. Co-Ordinate with PPC for smooth running of production in daily practices.

6. To monitor the procedure for quality checks at production level.

7. To implement decisions taken by superiors at shop floor.

8. To provide on job training to new workers and operators.

9. To ensure proper housekeeping, safety of man, machine, utilities etc.

10. To ensure the quality output of molded parts as per FPA sample.

11. Interaction with other departments like quality control, maintenance, material and tool room.

12. To organize the transfer of components produced to stores

13. Handing over of the shift to next in charge with important
