Design the formulation of PVC for LV/MV/HV cable, railway signaling cable, House wire, Auto cable, Battery cable, submersible pump cable, as per IS, BS,IEC, AS/NZS, JAE, JASO, UL standards and

Developments of electron irradiated (EBEAM) formulated PVC compounds for special application.

Preparation of Butadiene monomer in-house feed from butadiene gas.

Experimental work on butadiene polymerization based on catalytic systems. 

Experimental work on grafting of MAH onto Polybutadine rubber by solution method and melt

mixing on Micro-compounder Brabender & two roll mill.

Preparing a summary of the experiments and generating project report. 

Collecting data and preparation of standard operation procedure (SOPs) for safe handling of instrument

Maintaining equipment / chemical / glass wares / MSDS of chemical list
