Currently working with a TS-16949 & ISO-14001 Certified Company. It is basically involved in the manufacturing of Automotive Plastic Component (Wiring & Non-Wiring Interior and Exterior ), terminals & dip molded components for all leading car manufacturing companies in India like Maruti Suzuki, Ford, Honda, Toyota, GM, Hyundai, etc. 

At present there are 110 Plastic Injection Molding Machines (10 ton to 650 ton), 7 Press Stamping Machines & four dip molding machines in the shop floor. 

Hands on Shop Floor Experience: 

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES: A good processing experience on (3 ton to 1350 ton) following machines. 

Battenfeld (40 ton to 180 ton), Nissei (10 ton to 160 ton), JSW (50 ton & 650 ton), Sumitomo(350 ton), L&T (60-250 ton), Nigata (30 ton to 250 ton), Klockner Windsor (250 ton to 330 ton), Fanuc all Electrical Inj. Molding, Angel (150-450T), Nigata, Nissei & Multiplas vertical Inj Molding Machine for Insert Molding, Gas Injectio molding for Inside hollow part Molding and also Thermoset injection molding machine Battenfeld (130 ton). 

PLASTIC MATERIALS : A good processing knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset materials like PC, ABS, Nylon, PBT, POM, PPS, PES, PP, PVC, EVA, PMMA, PC + PBT (XENOY), PC + ABS (Geloy), Bayblend (PC+ABS), Ultem (PEI), Statkon, Hytrel (Elastomer) & Bakelite.

Development, Inspection and trials process set up in house and at the vendor end. 

Arrangement and development of new inspection jigs gauges, assembly fixtures related to the component. 

Materials, master batches, printing inks, paints, metal inserts and other BOPs development as per customer's requirement. 

Preparation, Revision and distribution of Standard molding condition for each and every components. 

PPAP documentation and submission to the customer. 

Preparation of work instruction and operating method for new molds, machines, fixtures and jigs. Product and Process Validation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working as a shift incharge in Injection molding Shop Floor which includes raw material store, grinding section, humidity and final packing of the component. 

On job training to operators. 

Participation in continuous improvement (KAIZEN) activity. 

Co-ordination with tool room QA, m/c maintenance department etc. 

Maximum utilization of machines with maximum operating efficiency.
