Job profile- 

Total responsibility of the Production related matter, Mixing & TC management (Labour Job).I also attended Production Audit like Internal & External (monthly).Day to day supervision of Production related matter.



Planning the raw material according to the job.

Check the production procedure hourly.

Find out the rejection analysis (what is the root Cause).

Minimize the breakdown.

Control and set the Man power.

Finally raw material re-calculation.

Entry in TW-ERP of daily production (Also work in SAP)

Maintenance the m/c, Die and relatives.



Handling the machines and equipment's like:-

Masterbatch & Compounding  of commodity &  Elastormer plastics  filled & unfilled grade
