Responsibilities: Input Style Analysis for draft, curvature also proposals for style modification if required

Creation of B-side interfaces with parametric design

To develop B-side (Fender, Tail Lamp , Crash) brackets with consideration of BIW fixation

Analyze Parts for assembly, critical tooling conditions, thickness 

Project : AUDI 416-ph2 Front Bumper Development 

Client : Audi

Duration : 6 months

Scope : Front Bumper, Upper and lower grills, lateral grills, TEC, Sensor brackets, Foam, Aircurtain

Responsibilities: Input style analysis

Creation of closed volumes of parts, develop parametric interfaces by considering 

assembly sequences

To develop B-Side parts aircurtain , foam, sensor brackets 

Thickness variations at welding areas

Creation of part drawings, special (radius check, impact & assembly) drawings and 

assembly sequence presentation

Project : AUDI C8PA (A6 & A7) Front & Rear Bumper Development

Scope : 3 variants for A6 and 1 for A7

front: Grill, Chrome part, Foam, logo brackets, B-Side brackets, SRA covers, TEC

Rear: Spoiler, Middle & Lateral Chrome Parts

Creation of closed volumes of parts, develop parametric interfaces for parts 

To develop interfaces for rear spoiler to carryover rear bumper and for front grill to
