sheet metal components and structural system for the automotive industry.



Job profile-

1. SAP Functional Module - Application support in Production and Logistics-Dispatch Department:

Train new joiners about SAP/CAPTOR/Full Step/ activity applicable and maintain training records. 

Ensuring for smooth functioning of SAP modules - Immediate response Level 1 support.

Solving day-to-day SAP & Captor issues without affecting business flow within less time.

Creation & updating of master data records in SAP like that of Material master, BOM (Bill of material), 

Rate Routing, standard packaging instruction, production version, cost collector, Vendor master, 

Customer master.

Control on maintain of scheduling agreement purchase & sales.

Run SMP ? Stamping parts MRP in SAP weekly basis.

Control & Monitoring on sales activities like as delivery, Sales order, Invoicing.

Updating material part price as per customer PO for sales invoice.

Communicate with technical support team via SD request to resolve SAP related program & 

procedure issue.

Creation of end user manuals and maintain records.

Continuous Improving and monitoring the SAP KPI?s (SAP Assessment, Divisional KPI, Corporate 

KPI)

Non-SAP Systems: Captor (Sisteplant), Full step (PR).

2. Inventory Control / Warehouse Management ? To ensure that production is booking in SAP system as per production plan in quantity.

To ensure product (material) is correctly identified at all production lines.

Maintaining material production stock with valid identification in the warehouse.

Supporting & leading for plant inventory (Manual & on system) and do the adjustment once approved 

by management.

To ensure 0 (zero) non conformity during Inventory audits in financial year.

Ensure to maintaining material stock as per FIFO in warehouse as well as in SAP system.

3. Data Mining and MIS ? To communicate daily/weekly/Monthly production report to all team leaders on production line.

Handling multiple reports, working with formulas, Hlookup, vlookup, Index, Micros, pivot tables & 

pivot charts and various others excel sheet. 

To prepare Daily/weekly/Monthly productivity (Overall Equipment Efficiency) dashboards of all 

production lines. 

Sending MIS reports to our HODs Like (Production department, Finance department & Quality 

department etc.)

To prepare Monthly BOS (Business Operating System) dashboards 

(People/Safety/Quality/Productivity and Delivery KPI?s. 

Prepared proactive checklist for database and important work to avoid future downtime.

Making advance presentation in MS PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports.

Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports and Dashboards) are prepared to satisfy 

the project requirement cost and schedule.

To prepare Master records / standard document for ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management 

System requirements)

Ensure to prepare monthly scrap report with COST Analysis.

Monitoring and controlling CAPTOR III (Real time Production and Downtime analysis Application) 

software. And generate MIS reports as per requirement.
