Job Profile -

Responsible for In-process & Final Quality / shop floor activities with process capability improvement. 

On hand experience in NPD, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and CAPA including continuous improvements.

Problem solving through 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, A3, Brain storming, 7QC Tools, Why-Why analysis, Root Cause analysis, tools and Statistical decision-making including application knowledge of Minitab.

Working knowledge on system Audits (Surveillance/Re-Certification Audit) ? IATF-16949, ISO-9001 & AIAG CQI audits.

Provide support in establishing and implementing standardized quality best practices, processes, procedures in plant.

Strong experience in Project management (Chronic issue/Cost saving/Rejection reduction) which include planning, supervising, monitoring, and accomplishing the goals of specific project requirements.

On hand experience of KAIZEN, Poka-Yoke, Six Sigma, PFD, PCP, Lean concept, Single piece flow, 5S, TPM, FIFO.

Knowledge of Press shop, Assembly, Balancing, operation & Certified NDT LEVEL II (MPI).
