IQC: (Incoming Quality Control) of total raw materials like- Resin, Paints, glassfibres, laminated foams & other materials. 

LQC: (a) To control process parameter on line as per specification provided on shop floor 

(b) Final testing of finished products as per ISI Norms: 

Tests Regarding Raw Materials: 

Resin: Supply viscosity, Specific gravity, Gel time. 

Paints: supply viscosity, specific gravity, paint gloss & lusture, paint adhesion etc . 

Fiberglass: GSM, Ink absorption. 

Laminated foam: Foam GSM, foam density, ash content, cloth GSM & Cloth quality. 



Tests Regarding Finished Product as per ISI norms: convergent with quality test like- Impact absorption test, Retention test, Dynamic retention test, Tensile test, Rigidity test, Test of field of vision Resistance to penetration test, Audibility test, Corrosion test for metal parts used, Tape test for paint adhesion.
