Presently working with an ISO : 9001/ISO : 14001 Certified Company which works for LG Electronics (I) Pvt. Ltd., Whirlpool of India Ltd., Mindarika Pvt. Ltd.,  Havells India Ltd., etc. Company having Injection Moulding Machine 30 Ton to 350 Tons. This Company manufacture Electrical and Electronics Switches, Sockets, Connectors and Medical Devices etc. 



NATURE OF JOB: 

Execution of all services (i.e. Switches, Sockets, Connectors and Electronics Works). 

Components Inspection of First Shot Approval with comparing components 

drawing and master samples. 

Product training of all lines head in different step. 

Exposure on 5S, 3K, 3G, 4M, 7 Q.C. Tools and 6 Sigma TQM. 

To see mould development plan, Customer Complaint, FMEA, Counter Measure 

Reports and Mould Rectifications. 

To complete all documents as per Customers requirements. 

Discuss with management in case of quality Improvement. 



THEORITICAL CONCEPT ON QUALITY PROCESS & TERMS SUCH AS 

ISO Documentation. 

PPAP Documentation. 

SIR (Sample Inspection Reports) 

CA/PA (Corrective Action / Preventive Action).
