Job profile - 

Preparation daily production report, weekly and monthly report.

Planning of manpower & machines to achieve production as per target assigned.

Take the corrective & Preventive action to control rejection.

Imparting training to operators.

Maintaining 5S, Safety practices in the plant.

To make a standard parameter for machine setting and set m/c under the parameter.

Maintain daily WIP stock as per proper inventory level.

Work on ERP software.

Daily Prepared Reco with ERP vs daily production report. 



Industrial Experience (Hands-on Experience):

Injection and Stretch Blow molding . (ASB12M)

Krauss Maffei 750T to 2400T.

Arburg Silicon Injection molding 470T.

Mold handled Single and Two plates Mold, Slider and Core Mold.

Material handle PP,Silicon Rubber.

Ancillary Equipment- Chiller, Compressor and MTC.
