Job profile -

Managing routine maintenance and operating the both 1/4 synergy sidel and 2/4 Synergy PET blowing machines on regular

basis with 100% compliance.

Executing inspection and testing protocol - ensuring 100%compliance with specifications as per guidelines.

Responsible for monitoring the whole process from preforms loading to output of blown bottle at various stages.

Maintaining the related blowing records as per standards.

Operating 2/4 PET blowing machines by changing different moulds 0f 1000ml,500ml,200ml,2000ML PET Preforms according to the requirement.

Operating the PET Filling Machine (24x24x8) for filling the juice into various PET Bottles.

Routine maintenance and cleaning of both PET blowing and Filling machines when There is no production.

Maintaining the manuals and records and operating them as per instructions.
