1.Responsible for production and process activities via planning as per Priority and load, and target achievement and to increase productivity. 

2. Giving In process defect recording, analysis and trouble shooting. 

3. Co-ordinate with Our end customer, Maintenance & Q.C. Department.

4. Target planning & creating quality awareness. 

5. Responsible for trial of new moulds. 

6. Responsible for mould change over in minimum time. 

7. Manpower planning in shifts. 

8. Organizing training program me for operators.

9. Ensuring discipline, safety & Accident free machinery. 

10. Implementing of 5?S on shop floor.

11. Injection molding m/c having range from 80ton to 300ton.

13. Blow Moulding m/c Handling CMP 200ml and 500ml, Krishlon 300ml. 

14. IBM m/c Handling JWM 300ml and JSW 300ML.
