Job profile -

Study style A surface for tooling feasibility and creating reports, to check draft analysis, gap& flush.

Designing B-surface with reference to A-surface with parametric history.

Creating or following master section as needed or as per need of customer.

Creating closed body with uniform thickness.

Designing feature for assembly (snap, dog house, locator, supporting ribs etc.)

3D modelling of various features and instantiate at various locations using power copy.

Following Designing guidelines of manufacturing to avoid manufacturing defect.

Feasible plastic part design as per tooling consideration (considering undercuts and the use of lifter and slider).

Generating parting line as per tooling direction.

Work within the guidelines of client?s requirements, product function and manufacturing feasibility.

Design feasible product by considering Regulations.
