Job profile - 

Ensure the proper implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Quality 

Management System (QMS). 

Ensure the Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practice is to be followed.

Preparation of Product Specifications, Advanced product Quality Planning documents (Control 

Plan pf Meas, BOM and Packing Procedures), BMRs, Process validation protocols and Validation 

summary report based on the analytical results and batch manufacturing data (BMR).

Preparation of Device Master Record (DMR), Medical device File (MDF), Drug Master File (DMF), Dashboard data on monthly basis and the Annual product review report.

Customer Audits and Standard Audit preparation. 

Handling of Deviation/Exemption, Change controls, CAPA, Batch Records, and Documents 

release procedure through Document Change request form (DCRF). 

To coordinate with the production and QC team for the issuance of the required documents for the 

production as per the standard requirements and to stream lined the process. 

Ensure the proper or valid document issuance of BMR, APQP documents, drawings revisions and 

retrieval of the obsolete documents.

Preparation and review of documents prior to dispatch/batch release related to the manufacturing,

analysis report, packaging of the materials and COA/COC also to perform PDI ( Pre - Dispatch 

inspection) of the component as per sampling plan AQL level defined in ISO 2895 and ISO 3951 

standards to ensure the goods received by customer match with our quality standard. 

Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 13485 and ISO 15378.
