Job profile - 

Raw material purchase (Polymer material like PP, PE,  co- polymers, Home ? polymers granules etc.), Yarn purchase PE and PP (spun, ring spun, multi filament,  etc.) Dyes & chemical ( Coating, resin, process, Adhesives etc.) Packing material (pallets, paper tube, stretch film, HDPE and  LDPE woven fabric,  Cartons, Tape, and Stickers etc.) Planning and  Report  for daily purchase. Report making of budget vs actual,  plan for purchase vs actual and inventory control.

Report for Calculation for the all packing material with feed stock price to negotiate with vendor. 

Working with the ERP team to implement new system in Procurement to pay process.



Achievement ? In very little period of time it?s difficult but I?m doing with pallet and with calculative approach I save 50/- on one pallet here, and by that we saving 50k per month.
