Responsible for making planning of preventive maintenance, Autonomous maintenance, focused maintenance and implement on machine after that check effectiveness on machine .

Responsible for maintaining records. Through which  calculate MTTR,MTTF .

Responsible for manage monthly and yearly budget .

Responsible for check Leading the equipment performance assessment, improvement opportunities identification and performance improvement implementation.

Supervising a team of equipment maintenance specialists and their individual and team performance.

Working closely with engineering and suppliers to troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing processes. Identifying recurring problems and recommending corrective measures.

Responsible to implement TPM in plant .

Responsible for spare part planning and cost calculation.

Responsible for Energy, plant down time and maintenance cost, reports on monthly basis.
