Ensuring inspection of incoming parts/materials as per IQL level IS 2500(Part 1): 1992,ISO 2859-1: 1989(visual &

dimensional, verification of test certificates, against applicable codes specification)

Examining sample inspection report and sharing insights with Quality Manager

Conducting local supplier visit every 12 months for review of process and documents control plan, process manual,

process flow chart, pre dispatch inspection report and TC (test certificate/COA).



Performing:

Inspection as per Quality Plan like set-up, dimension&Visual

Destructive tests according to Quality Plan/Technical specification  ROHS ( Restriction of Hazardous

Substances) Spectrometer, Moisture meter (Raw material & Packing Material), MFI (Raw material)

To carryout raw material testing for ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) by XRF machine
