Injection mounding and vacuum forming machine shop experience.

Manage overall injection molding operation.

Handling 60T to 650T injection molding M/C's with PVC,PPCP,PPGF,PPTF,ABS,NYLON,PC,HDPE,LDPE,DELRINE materials.

Overall knowledge of Plastic Recycling process.

Knowledge of production planning activities.

Programming knowledge of 5 axis CNC M/C.

Programming knowledge of Yukawa robot for parts trimming.

Overall knowledge of vacuum forming & Injection mounding machines operations and his PLC control.

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment

Efficiency of production machine.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Supervising hourly production.

Arranging and repairing and maintaining tools.

Utilization of man power accurately.

Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
